Both Republicans and Democrats appreciate his honesty. Cheney has said that he regards his job as a trustworthy and discreet adviser to Bush's administration. Cheney declared that when he accepted the Republican nomination for vice president Cheney was looking forward to being a part of a president who works across political lines in order to accomplish his goals. He will cooperate with opposition members in confidence. Richard Bruce Cheney is the son Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born on the 30th of January 1941, in Lincoln Nebraska. When Richard Bruce Cheney turned 13, he and his family left Lincoln Nebraska and moved to Casper Wyoming in the state where his father was the head of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's local conservation districts.
